How the Pioneer rate works

The first 111 hosts keep the Pioneer rate of 4 % instead of the regular 9 %, granted with the first published listing. In detail:

• • There are 111 seats. Once they are taken, the regular rate of 9 % applies.
• • You receive the seat automatically as soon as you publish your first listing. No application needed.
• • The seat belongs to your account, not to a single listing. It covers all your places, including ones you add later.
• • The rate stays permanently. It does not expire if you take a listing offline or pause it.
• • The seat is not transferable and cannot be moved to another account.
• • You share the commission with your guest. How much your guest carries is your choice per listing, at most half.
• • For partner accommodations the rate does not apply. Guests pay nothing to Fairvisit there, we are compensated by the partner.

Fairvisit may grant individual users or groups of users differing commission rates (§ 11(1) of the Terms). A claim to the Pioneer rate arises when the seat is granted.
