We help you meet your legal obligations
Reporting obligations, registration numbers, EU regulations: we automatically collect the data you need to report as a host. Plus tax-compliant invoices. You rent out, we handle the paperwork.
Fair commission, you decide the split
Currently just 4% commission, our introductory rate. No ranking for extra fees. You decide whether to cover the commission yourself or split it with your guest. We cover transaction fees.
Full control over your payments
Guest payments are processed through your own account with the payment provider, not ours. We never hold your money. You decide when and how often to pay out.

Who is behind Fairvisit?

What makes Fairvisit different?
Fairvisit is an intermediary, not a dealer. The accommodation contract exists directly between you and the host. We charge significantly less commission than the industry standard, use no tracking and store no payment data.
What does a booking through Fairvisit cost?
Hosts who join before September 2026 lock in the Pioneer rate of 4% permanently. Anyone joining later pays the regular 9%. Industry standard is 15–20%. You can see the exact amount before booking.
How do you handle my data?
We use no tracking, no analytics tools and do not sell any data. Your payment data is processed exclusively by our payment service provider. Hosted in the EU (Nuremberg, Germany), GDPR-compliant.
What is a partner accommodation?
Partner accommodations come from connected accommodation networks. This lets us offer you a wider selection and cover new regions faster, without each accommodation having to be listed on Fairvisit individually. When you book a partner accommodation, you as a guest pay nothing to Fairvisit; the commission (well below 10%) is paid by our partner. You can identify partner accommodations by the badge in the search.
