Is this really free?

Yes! We set up your listing completely for free. Fairvisit only earns when you receive bookings – through a fair, transparent commission.

What does Fairvisit cost?

Setup is completely free. For bookings, we charge a commission of just 4% — until at least September 2026. After that, our regular rate of 9% applies. As a Fairvisit Pioneer, you continue to pay only 4% on your own bookings after that. No hidden fees, no contract.

How long does the setup take?

Once you send us photos and info, your listing is usually live within 1–2 business days.

Can I make changes afterwards?

Of course! You have full control over your listing and can adjust texts, prices and photos at any time.

How does the payment setup work?

To receive payments, you verify yourself once with our payment partner Mollie — with your ID and IBAN. It takes about 10 minutes. We guide you through every step.

Does this work for shared rooms or short-term sublets?

Absolutely! Our service is ideal especially for students who want to temporarily sublet their room.

Am I bound to anything afterwards?

No. You can deactivate or delete your listing at any time. No contract, no minimum term.
