Goldsteig Stage 23 North: Hauzenberg – Passau

Download tour information: Stage 23 of the Northern Route takes you from Hauzenberg through the Staffelbach Valley and the climatic health resort of Kellberg to Ilzstadt in Passau, where you’ll have one final climb to tackle before reaching your destination: at the Veste Oberhaus, which offers a fantastic view of Passau’s Old Town. This is also where the Goldsteig’s Northern and Southern Routes meet again. The trail is signposted throughout. You can obtain a map and stage guide for the Goldsteig free of charge from the Passauer Land Tourist Information Office, Tel. 0049/851/397-600, tourismus@landkreis-passau.de. You’ll find places to stop for refreshments not too far from the trail in Hauzenberg, Fattendorf, Kellberg, and Raßbach. powered by
